Workout of the Month: Kettle Bell Swing, Twisting Lunge and Push up
EFS Trainer Kim Brutzman designed this multi-functional Triplet (a three-part workout) that targets both upper and lower body. Before beginning the workout, it is necessary to perform a thorough warm up to engage all joints.
